Major Craft Days 360
For those that are fans or following major craft the new range of Days 360 rods are expected to be available in March/April.
from what i can make out following youtube videos and using google translate they use their 5G blanks which supposedly are lighter and more powerful.

I'm following this as well. MC rods are good for the buck and they are using T1100G as main carbon material for this series from what I've learned.
Models appear to be limited though and most are shorter ones. 610M caster has my interest

Re: Major Craft Days 360

I'll get a 6'6" MH for my heavy no sinker/scat baits. I love my 70X (non 360).

How much do you guys think these will cost? I haven't owned a Major Craft in many years, I think it was a Corzza. This one has my interest.

most of the information I have got from for the Days 360 is from majorcraft basstube on Youtube and following Taiyo Furuse on instagram. He is Major Craft Pro staff
Re: Major Craft Days 360
I've been emailing Koichiro Hamano who is their overseas product manager for quite a while on when they were going to bring out an updated higher end bass rod. Seems this has been a long development process, he told me last year they were most likely planning on using their 5g blank for the new line and apparently this is it.
I like the newest days line as is, the 7' H rod is only 4oz and is wonderfully balanced. Sensitivity was good but not electric. I had the 5g blank "aji-do" ajing rod and that was an electric rod. Mixing the 2 together should be a very nice rod indeed.

Re: Major Craft Days 360
seems that the prices have doubled from the existing Days series
Re: Major Craft Days 360
It appears so, but fwiw the better blank, titanium framed guides and the few extra glamor pieces make it more like a reincarnated msx than than a days series rod.BARRAMANIAC wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 2:20 pmseems that the prices have doubled from the existing Days series

I was thinkin' the same too. I wonder if they'll make other bass lines with the 5G blank similar to how they marketed the Benkei, Days, Speedstyle, etc. I was finally able to source a MS-X Limited after so long, so this is exciting news to me.ss30378 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 8:57 pmIt appears so, but fwiw the better blank, titanium framed guides and the few extra glamor pieces make it more like a reincarnated msx than than a days series rod.BARRAMANIAC wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 2:20 pmseems that the prices have doubled from the existing Days series

Was there something different or special about the msx limited blanks?ks_ness wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 10:39 pmI was thinkin' the same too. Re: Major Craft Days 360
Not by any literature I could find. You we’re paying more for the torzite guides and extra bling with the limited. There were also a few different lengths available with the limited.Hogsticker2 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 11:13 amWas there something different or special about the msx limited blanks?ks_ness wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 10:39 pmI was thinkin' the same too.
