Not anyone with any sense for what a good fishing rod is suppose to feel like..... They are just very klunky rods IMO. I don't think you'll find much love for them around these parts.. I mean no disrespect, to those who have a few, but I've picked up quite a few of them to see what they felt like and I've only felt a few that might have even been close to passing even the old shake test everyone does... Can you say Crapola in Yellow and Black....... There are a bunch of other options in that price range and even lower where you can get a whole lot more rod for your money... Check out the new 2012 Shimano lineup, or the Abu's, Browning Hi-Tec, or even the Carbonlites.. I'd take any <$80 Vendetta over a +$100 W&M anyday of the week.... Keep looking a much better rod is out there.... Good luck.....

The 7' crankbait rod is actually a pretty solid rod. I have fished everything from lipless baits to deep diving baits with that rod. I have caught up to 4lb fish on this rod and have had no problems. It feels like a limp noodle until you start fishing with it and it loads up pretty well once you get a fish on. They are not the lightest rods imo but for $90-100 what do you expect?

I have NRX's, Cumulus', Steez', etc. rods but I still really like the WMESRMSB70C 7' Finesse Worm/Fluke micro guide casting rod.

Have it paired with revo skeet. Great for shallow cranks as well. Accidentally caught 40 in musky, rod handled it like butter.

only skeet reese!

If you buy a reel from W&M they will throw $50 worth of Trokars, NO thanks! crappy rods & reels.

I've never used them but I handled them and they felt quite heavy for my hands.

The boater at my last club tournament. He cleaned my clock fishing Crawtubes on what I think is the Football Jig Rod. Maybe if I was throwing Crawtubes instead of Topwater when he got a couple of his best fish my clock wouldn't have been cleaned so good. Still later in the day when we were both throwing Crawtubes he caught several fish that would have helped me, that did nothing for him.

I have the spinnerbait model that I use for small-medium crankbaits and that is the only one I would buy. Not impressed with the others.

My experiance with the skeet reese tessera rods was actually quite funny. Skeet was at bass pro showing how much bend the rod has. Snapped one right in half. Didnt buy one after that.
