Re: Your Next Rod Purchase?
Well I just got done having a 6'6" Legend Elite in MLF built my way, and it came out better than anything I could have imagined. Now I have a new Ci4+ 1000FA trying to get out of it's box sitting in the closet, after 2 months deciding the best rod for it, I am going to go with a 6'6" Avid LF with pretty much the same components the LE was built with. right around 3 oz. with precision balance and the rear grip one piece held to 7". Fuji UL/Fly reel seat, Rec guides, all 1/2" cork rings built my way, and Black wraps with the lower 2 wraps and bottom guide accented with a double Red wrap and the second guide up with one red wrap, all black the rest of the way out. I didn't pic a dog to marrie and wont pick a dog fish with!!

My next will be either Megabass black jungle pv or a red demon rod. Just can't decide which one would be best for me.

Another Quantum Smoke 747 frog rod. It's on sale for $118 at TW, and it is a great rod for both hauling frog fish out of thick stuff, casting frogs a long way, and working/walking a frog.
