Okuma Scott Martin TCS ML Spinning rod for finesse?

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone used the Okuma TCS ML Spinning rod?

The specs are:
7'0" Spinning
Power: Medium Light
Action: Moderate Fast/Fast
Line: 4-10lb
Lure Size: 1/8 - 1/2 oz

Spec wise this seems perfect for finesse fishing, in particular I will use it for spybaiting and as a secondary application for drop shotting.

Anyone have some time on the water with these? Curious to hear what your thoughts are how it might be for spybaiting.
