It has arrived...

3.36 oz
How is balance?
I’m spooling a Daiwa Certate 2500S with 10lb YGK. I will try to take pics and post how it balances...

Very nice, I would love to hear how it compares to the NRX in terms of sensitivity.

I am interested in the 842 and 843 MBR. If anyone has these, feedback would be appreciated

That balance is gorgeous. I'm not in the market for a $600 fishing rod right now but if I can snag one at 20-25% off over the winter/early 2022 spring, I might. Shewwww.....

I want to to get one casting and one spinning, should it be the 873CRR and 872s?

If you get all 28 models, you don’t have to choose... :D

I think for "just one", it's hard to argue with a 843 or 844. Though as we know, NRX rods have a tendency to multiply. . .

You can adjust balance a bit but sensitivity not so much. Waiting to see how these rods rate against my 10 "old" NRX's for power and feel.

Right on! Thanks.

If the balance on the heavier 89X models are very good, they have themselves an absolute winner.

I received my NRX+ 822s syr model yesterday. Took it for a quick trip fishing NED rigs, light T-rig and of course shakey heads. Rod feels super light in hand (as it should at this price range). I don’t have a scale sorry. I used a Shimano Stradic 2500 with 8lbs invisix. Rod build was beautiful and overall finish is a win in my book.

On the water the rod is what I have come to expect from NRX . Sensitive!! In fact, during the shad spawn here I hooked a few on the NED rig as I would feel them bouncing off my rig. I am very happy! I sold my other NRX rods through the years and this rod has renewed my love for NRX! Reminds me what I have been missing.

Hey guys, can anybody confirm if the torzite guides on the spinning models still make extreme clicking noises when being used? My casting models never did this but almost all conquest and nrx spinning models did and it drove me nuts. Mostly when rod was used for jigging.

I know what you are talking about. Happened with my NRX inshore models. I have not heard it from my new 822s syr as of yet after two days of fishing.
