Help id an older rod

I have a Daiwa 6013 rod that belonged to my wife's uncle. It's 7 foot with recommended line wt of 2-15. No guess as to how old it is but is in great condition. I am trying to determine if this is a freshwater or salt water rod? I was thinking of setting it up for light tackle in back bays or inlet of lower Delaware. Any suggestions of a decent moderate price reel to mate it with?

Sounds like maybe a vintage “Regal” from Daiwa. I would suggest it be used like you’re wanting to as light tackle. If you are using it in saltwater, a Daiwa Procyon AL reel would be durable and good in salt. Also, the new Daiwa Regal reel might serve your purpose, too. I’d go with a 2500 size. Just make sure to rinse off the salt after use.
