Didn’t want to hi Jack the NRX plus thread as I’m only interested in know a couple things about this particular rod.
If you have the new nrx894+ rod have you ( or could you please) tried any OG Steez variants or any non tws steez ( only because I don’t own any ) on the rod and tell me how does the balance feel?
I read that they have improved the balance and to know the answer to this question would paint a better picture for me

I posted a couple pics of the 853 and 873 balance with my alphas (5.88oz) in the other thread. They were the only ones they had in stock or I would have checked them all.

The balance on those particular models have always been good. The 894 no so much depending on who you ask which is why it’s balance is high on my list
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible

I have the new zillion 6.3 oz. Plus braid in one and it’s balances right in front of screw down nut. I also have a old Sv103xs old zillion frame 7.8 oz plus braid and it balances on the front handle nut.
