Orochi XX ronin or shakey head

Which is better as an all around spinning rod, mostly for ned rigs? I know whipsnake would be the best choice but it is not available.

Ronin seems like it can be used for most treble hook techniques.

Shakeyhead. Ronnin is great for small baits but if you want a 'all around' spinner no doubt the shakeyhead model.

I find the Shakyhead a bit heavy for Ned rigs (it's a F3.5, "Megabass Medium", or a ML+ in Loomis terms), but it is an awesomely versatile rod that does a ton of stuff well. Have thrown shaky heads, dropshot etc. on it as well as Neds, wacky 5" senkos and emergency jerkbaits.

I may end up getting a levante whipsnake since that model would suit my needs better. Is it a big step up in sensitivity from levante to orochi?
