Rod broken on arrival

What im worried about the most is if the replacement rod will come in 1 piece haha god dangit fedex!!!

if you order something, and it comes broken, it's on the seller....never the buyer.

Just had the same thing happen as well. I also bought the rod from American Legacy. The were great. Shipping me a replacement and sent a return label for the broken rod. I don't think you will have any issues with ALF

I’ve purchased/traded at least three dozen rods with them over the years. While I’ve never had one arrive in anything but pristine condition I agree that if one had they would make it right. I’ve never had any worries.

i've only had great experiences with ALF. in this case a few bad apples doesn't spoil the barrel. i KNOW what happens in the transportation industry. 99.9% fine but the bad deals are the big black spot on a white canvas.
