Rod broken on arrival

Hey guys, I bought a rod from american legacy fishing and it came in a completely flat tube. Do you think they will do anything about it? Poor nrx+ :(

I had a rod come broken from them once and they quickly issued a refund. Shoot them an email and also call. Take several pictures so they can provide them to the shipper when making a claim

How is this even a question? If they don't send you a replacement, contact your bank or paypal and get your money back. A rod you spent hundreds of dollars on is not supposed to be flatened.

ALF is a great company and they will send you a new one for sure. Just email them! I even had a PVC tube smashed recently by USPS. Not sure what the heck they do to these tubes but seems like its on purpose. Fed Ex has its issues too. ALF will have insured it.

Just had the same thing happen as well. I also bought the rod from American Legacy. The were great. Shipping me a replacement and sent a return label for the broken rod. I don't think you will have any issues with ALF
