Help me decide

I don't buy many production rods, so I don't have a whole lot of experience with high end rods. I'm mostly a custom man, but I need a stick, and want to try something new.
Rod will be primarily used for 4" paddle tails with 3/16 oz heads, open water / soft cover, targeting smallies. I will also use it for Free Rigs and possibly jigs around the same weight, around a quarter ounce.
This is my short list, and I'm hoping anyone with any of these models can chime in. Or tell me which one they would choose, or perhaps recommend something not on my list.

Gan Craft Killers Blue, Blood Lick
Evergreen Orion Moongazer
I'm leaning towards the PG, mostly because I had the same model Poison Adrena, and know that it will work well for my intended purposes. But, the Evergreen Orion has me pretty excited. It sounds and looks pretty sick.

Don’t have any of the other rods. Target Sniper looks heavier than the 6’10” M, more direct equivalent would be the 6’9” Universal Light (lots of info in those other threads).

I contact him via the website. He's always emailed me in response. As for shipping confirmation, not so much.
