there's a post on seth feider's instagram with a silver spinning rod with cork. if you click thru the pics, the last one is apparently a buddy of his with a rod laying down. it may just be an old tdx rod, but it is full cork.

Definitely a new rod in the works from what I can see. Guides look to be AGS too.

i contacted american legacy about a tat elite rod this morning, and they told me they had pulled them from their sire til next month because daiwa was supposed to send them a bunch for a 12 days of christmad sale. we should be seeing revamped rods during classic week lol

i hope they're not going to the reel seat they use on the rebellion series. i have the 6'10 mh reg and i really like the performance of the blank, but that reel seat digs into my fingers really bad.
