need a ultra light or light rod

I could use some help in deciding what rod I should match with my Okuma Ceymar 20 reel. I am looking for something around 50 bucks.
I am looking at a 6'6' or 7' 13Fishing Defy Silver light spinning rod. Leaning towards 7 footer.
Anyone use or know much about them?

Maybe some different opinions?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey I've got the The 13 defy in the 7'light. I use it for crappies and gills. Nice rod I"ve had it for a couple of years. I got mine on sale for like $35. For the money great rod.
