what application

Have one rod which seems like it never gets used. I have most applications I fish covered but rarely does my G-Loomis glx mbr783c (older version solid cork handle) get used. I'm thinking of making it my jerk bait rod. anyone use this rod for jerk bait fishing? What other uses are you using this rod for? It's a pretty versatile rod and my backup for many uses but doesn't get out of the rod locker much. Anyone?

No experience with the rod, but I know the feeling. Sell it or give it to some kid who will use it and buy something you can't keep your hands off of..

Short to mid range moving bait rod for 3/8-3/4 like spinnerbaits and buzzbaits. Also great for 1/2-3/4 topwaters and can handle 1/4-3/8 jigs+trailer and plastics in this same weight range.

I have the same rod in the IMX series, I use it for 3/8 spinnerbaits and 1.5 sized square bills.
