What's in your reel collection?

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Bump from the dead, some serious heat in here!
Thank you for that. I think.
I will use the day pondering WT* I have been doing since I posted in this thread, page 3. First line started with Shimano Conquest...now I have 5 more Conquest (BFS w. KTF spool, 201 w. Avail spool, 301, 301, 101HG DC). And it just goes bonkers from there. I bank fish and bring 1-2 reels per trip. Usually just 1 with extra spool. I could finish every trip repeatedly dipping the reel-of-the-day in saltwater and dragging it after my car and I would still have great fishing trips for many years to come. ](*,)
LoL, I was looking for info on something and came across this, it really helped my insecurities about my [-]hoarding[/-] "collection".

Since 2017 some reels have left the building and others have magically appeared. Listing just the casting reels - have many fewer deep sea and spinning reels. Aftermarket spools and ceramic bearings for many reels.
Especially fond of spools and notice that my Daiwa reel collection has gotten most attention since 2017.

"Collection" is what it is 💪😍

From https://adaa.org/understanding-anxiety/ ... ing-basics

Hoarding vs. Collecting

Hoarding is not the same as collecting. In general, collectors have a sense of pride about their possessions and they experience joy in displaying and talking about them. They usually keep their collection organized, feel satisfaction when adding to it, and budget their time and money.

Those who hoard usually experience embarrassment about their possessions and feel uncomfortable when others see them. They have clutter, often at the expense of livable space, feel sad or ashamed after acquiring additional items, and they are often in debt.
