Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

It would be amazing to have a kit for popular reels like the old STEEZ 100SH/Zillion, ALPHAS as well as the new STEEZ SV TW.
I believe that the current design with slight changes would work perfectly. The dimensions of the dented race must be adjusted to the inner diameter of the gear and the top disk with the clicker will need to have a recessed center to accommodate the one way bearing sleeve.
The dented race would be super glued to the second metal washer counting from the top that is keyed in the outside.
If you go ahead with something for these reels, you might have a client for 10 kits if the price is fair.

Sorry that is not me in the video. I should have 25 clicker kits available soon. Machining and testing is taking longer then expected.

At least It has normal handle compared to Steez Air
I was actually wondering this!.....so are all the old Daiwa handles still compatible with the new alphas AIR TW?...
...becoz I heard that the new Steez AIR wont allow for the old style handles to be fitted....

Spool size/weight and TWS among other things. The old Alphas Air is nice, the new Alphas Air is great IMO.

Haven’t forgotten about you guys. Machinist took on a full time job and slowed the production a little. The design is almost at its final stages. As soon as I test fit/fish it I’ll give him the ok so we can manufacture them a lot quicker. We had to create special fixtures to hold the thin parts on its final passes w/ the end mill.

Looks sweet. This is exactly what the Alphas AIR TW needs. I imagine that this will also work with the Steez AIR TW?

Won’t fit the steez. Steez air has extremely limited space for clicker. I’m working on it.
