2020 Fuego CT SV

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Looks like there’s a new Fuego CT SV for all the T-wing naysayers.

I love that color scheme. Daiwa needs to bring some of that sexy back

I saw that earlier today. I'll be buying one soon.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Would it be possible for me to swap out that line guide to a t wing?

Yes, but you would also need a couple other parts that make the t-wing work inside the reel.

No free floating spool. Looks nice but I will stick with the OG!

It's really ugly, but I'll probably buy one.

Ugly half red thing. Maybe the USDM will be less offensive looking. I rather like the satin black paint, black level wind insert, frame milling, red accents and ghosted vector logo of the USDM model.

Agreed. Though it would look good on a Cumara.

I wasn't able to see a price on this, even in Yen. Anyone know?

I know right. It probably costs Daiwa more to make some reels/spools free floating and some not rather than just making everything free floating and consistent. So frustrating.

Looks miles better than the Tatula CT Type R though. Talk about ugly.
