Anymore 50 sized reels?

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Updated, added the brenious and bfs xg. Now I just need the bfs xg limited and stephano.

Jdmtackleheaven.com has a nice Stephano 200 (ie the one on the 50e frame) posted. Used them for a major craft days, was pleased with price and service..

Hows the stephano? I know it has no braking system, one reason holding me back from buying it. I wouldnt know what application to use it for if there are no brakes.

No brakes for vertical jigging of jigging spoons or jigging raps. Like for ice fishing. :mrgreen:
slip bobbing is the laziest way to fish

I remember reading (maybe here somewhere??) that it will fit the brake system from a 12’ alde bfs; not sure if you wanna get that deep into it. Of course, you could always go no brakes, but personally my thumb is definitely not up to YOLO casting like that.. for now..
