Now avail has one out

4.7 gram and very low line capacity.
I have gunmetal spools coming - reel is great stock but I am curious.

Re: Aftermarket spools for 22 Aldebaran BFS
Received my 2 avail spools today.
Very nice finish.
Spooled with 0.8pe (0.15 mm) Duel super x-wire 8 strand braid that I doubt has ever been 0.15 mm - much thinner than my EU 0.15 mm braid. One 150 meter package was good for both spools.
Casting test on the road in plenty of wind.
So far no issue with line being stuck between frame and spool.
Started reel with no extra magnets and I had to turn mag brakes to 6 before nice casts were possible, but I still had to use my thumb a lot. Got good distance.
Then installed some magnets that came with my Roro Conquest BFS spools. First I installed 4, but I ended with all 8 magnets in the reel, which made for very nice casts with mag brakes at 4.
Was using a 2.5 gram aerodynamic spoon and easily broke 25 meters.
I really enjoyed casting with the new spools but I had hoped that extra magnets were not needed.
Still, I have 2 new Alde BFS and will use my standard spools in one and Avail for the other...
