Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.
Re: Daiwa BBS

Re: Daiwa BBS
Damn. I put my IP79 gears in an IP68 and the IP68 gears into the IP79. I wanted to swap handle side plates so they reflect the ratio as a neat touch but the engine covers would have to be swapped. Not going to pry or add solvents to the plates. Not with megabass paint even if these are some of the most durable. Maybe some heat gun from the back side of the plate? Plastic tool to pry it up after some heat?MountainMan 83 wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 3:19 pmOG zillion covers are glued on. Tdzs have little tabs.
Re: Daiwa BBS
It's the circular metal cover that covers the main gear and that sits below the drag star. You can see that the three BBS pics show an OG BBS engine cover, one black (probably from a US Trail) and one silver (standard TDZ).

That might work. I'd be a little nervous especially on those MB reels.LowRange wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 3:52 pmDamn. I put my IP79 gears in an IP68 and the IP68 gears into the IP79.
