Ocea Conquest

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

The ocea Conquest limited 201 hg has a fall lever. Doe anybody know what that is ?

Pretty sure it's just to adjust the spool tension on the fly.

When you're dropping slow pitch jigs they want to flutter, so take ages to get them down to the fish. The lever is to apply tension when you're dropping down 100ft or so, so the jig falls straight and doesn't flutter. Or you can thumb the spool like everyone else. :lol:
