No Dig Braid
No Dig Braid
Looking for a good braid, around .008", for a BFS Reel. Anyone have some good recommendations of this thin a braid that's not to bad in the dig department. Thanks all, Brian.

Are you fishing or aimlessly casting around?

Re: No Dig Braid
Is that in inches, centimeters, millimeters or something else? 2lb mono is .102mm and if you are looking for smaller than that for BFS braid, you may be wasting your time.
If using it for tiny lures, you should not have to spool enough line for digging in to be of any concern

Re: No Dig Braid
Berkley X9 in 8# test is crazy-thin. I use the 10# and it's thinner than sewing thread. Seems well-behaved and I caught this one, just under 8#, on it.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Great, ordered X9 in 10lb. Black Friday and it came today. I'll spool it up, tie up a leader and see how it does. Thanks, Brian.hoohoorjoo wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 3:26 pmBerkley X9 in 8# test is crazy-thin. I use the 10# and it's thinner than sewing thread.
