Re: Favorite worm
I use alot of black berks along with bungee worms for my finesse worming. I think one of my all time favs are the berk Squrmoors (sp) although they seem to break easily, but man they have caught me some fish.

Re: Favorite worm
I'm really liking the Mann's hard nose right now.
Re: Favorite worm
I haven't used any worms since moving back to Colorado in 1997, believe it or not...however, if I had to pick, my best big bass worm was the 8" Gillraker in Red Shad w/red metallic flake...I caught more delta bass over 6lbs on this worm than any other bait I ever threw.
BTW, I fish the Senko type baits now instead of worms.

Re: Favorite worm
I am in the same situation, lots of stick bait senko types now. However in the past nothing has been as reliable as the old charlie brewer sliders in purple or black.

Re: Favorite worm
Honestly, I tend to throw a 6" plastic lizard instead of worms most of the time now. But my standby has always been the original 7" Berkley Power Worms in Blue Fleck. No other worm comes close in my mind.
I'm coming over to the senko side as well now. I will choose the worm in cases around timber though. Texas rigged with a black 1/4 oz sinker pegged. I always have one rod rigged with that combo.

Re: Favorite worm
I also like the Mann's hardnose worms. I started using them this past year, bu my favorite is a Zoom Finesse Worm in watermelon.
Re: Favorite worm
My current two fav worms are handpours I do myself...a 5.5" finesse worm in a green pumpkin with gold glitter and 10" ribbon tail model in a modified red bug color (just a tick more puplish)

Re: Favorite worm
My fav is the Berkley Bungee worm in the blue fleck color. I've been using these for the last five years with great success. Bass just won't let go when they inhale it. My second is the senko and I'll probably try the hardnose worms this spring.
Re: Favorite worm
6" black Creme Flip-Tail (the original), 1/8 oz. pegged sinker, Texas rigged. AFAIK, I'm down to the last 15 or so on Earth.
Re: Favorite worm
