Me too. I would hate to part with the rods I have now, but I would definitely do so for that blank.

Also, yes one reason I like them so much is for their versatility. That sounds ridiculous given that I have 12, but most of them can effectively fish just about anything in their weight range. It's that taper. Plus, save for the frog rod, they all balance at least on the nut if not somewhere under the reel and that makes a huge difference for bottom contact.
This is the way.
