Here's my today fishing with 51 glass, Aldebaran 22+Avail,2 pounder smallmouth. Rod works well! Like it more and more)))

The rod is definitely a capable rod. Handles fish of a variety of size. I still prefer a lighter rod for brook trout but, this rod will still work in a pinch. I took it out panfish/bass fishing and it was great. Good power, good sensitivity, taper keeps them pinned and even handled bigger bass fine.

It looks very good rod! A bit pricey in my opinion, but that's just my opinion... :)
