X Ray MB-733
Has anyone measured this blank? I have the blank, but not sure what I'm going to use it for.
Re: X Ray MB-733
I'd be interested as well. I have the MB703 in IM and Delta series rods and it's interesting. I purchased it with the intent of making a dropshot rod. Tip is incredibly soft, but surprising amount of backbone. I taped up some guides and put a baitcaster on it and tossed a 3/8oz crankbait with it. I haven't built them up yet.
I've seen a few references to using the x-ray MB-733 as a drop shot rod.

No I sure don't... just basing it off the spreadsheet downloaded from Batson on the new blanks.... which includes CCS numbers

CCS 272g is what in RDA?Hogsticker2 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 22, 2021 11:02 pmYep, found it. It's listed under the rod building forum under the RX10 thread. It's also in the RX10 thread on BBC.
Re: X Ray MB-733
Divide CCS by 1.3 for an approximate conversion.
