Recommendation for custom rod builder central states

I would like to have a Point Blank custom BC rod made , and would appreciate a recommendation for a quality builder.
I don’t need any fancy thread wraps or bling- maybe some discreet finishing touches re trim rings and carbon or alum reel seat nuts...but looking for someone that has a lot of experience making lightweight, minimalist, but top quality , balanced rods.
I have never had a spiral guide train , but would consider.....
I have checked out the rodbuild org website, but find no builders in Central Illinois -
Just hoping some of you have suggestions for a first class builder.

Our very own Mattman aka OtterRods is as top notch as they come. I have ordered several rods from him in the past, and you know my standards are high.

I don't own any rods from him but have seen lots of his work on here through the years and
have heard others rave about his rods.

Come to think of it I need to order one, Just need to figure out what blank
