That K2 looks nice and naughty. How do you like those carbon grips?

I haven't fished the rod yet, but my initial impression is that they look cool. They're quite a bit more expensive than the NFC carbon grips when you factor in the mandatory winding checks.Hogsticker2 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 8:33 pmThat K2 looks nice and naughty. I'm curious if you think they will be slippery, or more slippery than other textured carbon grips when wet.HobeyBaker wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 8:50 pmI haven't fished the rod yet, but my initial impression is that they look cool. I don't think they will be more slippery. I think it is what it is with carbon grips. I don't really touch the grips too much on a casting rod besides the bottom of my palm. I have a spinning rod set that I will sell when I get around to posting it.Hogsticker2 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 9:16 pmI'm curious if you think they will be slippery, or more slippery than other textured carbon grips when wet.HobeyBaker wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 8:50 pmI haven't fished the rod yet, but my initial impression is that they look cool.
