favorite ultralight casting guides?

When production rods are not enough, it's time to go custom. Come share your experiences building and/or ordering a custom rod and tell us if you'll ever go back to off the shelf.

favorite ultralight casting guides?

Looking for recommendations regarding ultralight casting guides. I want to wrap an ultralight casting rod and need suggestions; new to the ultralight/ BFS world.

I have Fuji Titanium K-frame microguides with SiC rings on my UL Rainshadow Immortal in a spiral wrapped configuration. I couldn't be happier with their performance and their weight (or lack thereof).
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Stripper guide- TKWSG-5J
Runner guides- TKBSG-4J
Tip- TKGST-4.5-4
Last number in guide numbers is ring size. For the tips, the last number is the I.D. of the tube, which is to be slightly larger than the rod blank tip size. The 1st number is the ring size.

I know it's an old thread, but Pac Bay Minimas might be lighter than thr Ti Toriztes, plus they cause about a tenth of the Fuji's.

I found these rings:

At least those are light (11 -pieces), 1,3 grams:

Thinking to use these rings for glassfiber solid blank:

What do you think, good or bad idea? This blank is really heavy...

Ordered painted reel seat for this rod. 'Expensive' painting :D

And also metal ferrules to create butt joint:

And carbon grips (Maybe I'm not using these for this project, but let's see):

Reason why I ordered these is because I'm loving Tsurinoya Master grips.
