Stillwater Talon vs. Fishcat 4

Post by brianw » Tue Apr 13, 2004 3:19 pm

Can you guys tell me the difference between the Talon and the FC4 float tube . Or what you would recomend. Does one let you set higher out of the water than the other. I have read reviews but still need advice.
Thanks
Brian

If you're talking about the two reviewed, I believe the FC4 you sit
higher and more comfy. Better design to move easier in the water,
but look at the price difference. I once saw Bass Pro sell the Stillwater
with fins for under $100. I think the stillwater is good enough
even though i don't own one nor float tube. There are people on
here that does, maybe they can provide some input.

Material, price, and price.
Actually, the fishcat does look like it rides higher and more
stable. The talon is probably a good budget tube.
