I-pilot
Re: I-pilot
What do you want to know.
Re: I-pilot
how well do they work in thick weeds in comparison to cabled steer trollers?
Re: I-pilot
I have heard all good reviews about them. Saving my money to get one.
Re: I-pilot
I do not know that they preform any better than a cable motor, that is not really what they are made for. The other features are great. If I was fishing heavy weeds I would rather have a cable style steering, just for the simple reason that they are easier to pull up and stow. Which when I fish heavy weeds seems like I am pulling the motor up all of the time to clear it.
Re: I-pilot
otherwise do they work as advertised, anything you were let down by?
Re: I-pilot
No it works really good, I need to learn how to use it better but the anchor feature is great for that alone. There are some things I wish it had. I hate the way it deploys/stows, I wish it had a lighted arrow on the head, but other than that it has been a great purchase.
Re: I-pilot
I see one in my future next spring
Re: I-pilot
