Ice Fishing Flasher Battery

Since i use a CLAM drill adapter for my auger, i was wondering if anyone have tried one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/MAKITA-18v-Bat ... SwPtBcjtn9
I am already bringing a Makita drill and two Makita flashlights for my icefishing hut with usually three 6AH batteries along. I was wondering if i should just ditch my 12v 8AH SLA battery and use the 18v Makitas instead for weight and size savings. My flasher units can all take 10-20v 3A, so it shouldn't be a problem since my cables have 3A fuse inline protection from factory.
Has anyone tried Lithium Ion tool batteries for ice fishing? They have them for Milwaukee, Default and Rigid batteries too.
