Introduction: For anglers, sunglasses aren’t just about style, they’re a tool. A good pair can reveal structure, highlight prey, and even help you spot fish. Bajío is quickly making a name for itself with high-performance, durable, and eco-conscious sunglasses. The standout in their 2026 lineup is the new Palehorse, a unique frame blends technical features with a sleek versatile look.

Perfect timing for this review! My smith embarks have been my favorite daily/fishing glasses and I was looking to buy another pair of them or try another brand with removable shields. How heavy do you think these are? I moved from Costas to Smiths because of how heavy my Costas were and do not want to go back to a heavy pair. These are now on my list to try on! Thank you

They seem like great shades, I got to check out some recently.
I especially like the violet lenses.

I really want a prescription pair but they’re $600, and that’s with polycarbonate lenses, not even with glass lenses.
That price is just stupid.

That’s $219 for a pair of poly lens sunglasses, and $400 to add a simple single vision prescription.
The price of the shades is fine, but $400 for the script is robbery.
