Air rotor

Are all air rotors Zaion? If not which models have Zaion and which do not? Those that have the air rotor that is not Zaion, what are the rotors constructed of? Will we ever see a mid level (sub $250.00) true UL spinning reel like a 1025 series Ballistic or Procyon.
