Trying to convert my IP to fit 34mm spool.
Are these still around anywhere?
Does anyone here fabricate them?

Nope. Hard to find these days. Honestly with how SV like the stock spool is, the HLC spool as a distance monster and the ZPI like Amo spool there isn't much need for 34mm spools in this reel. 36mm is pretty well covered.

TackleTrap normally has them, but appears to be OOS at the moment. Give them a call they can probably tell you when they expect more in.
