Some of the guys in float tubes are dumb enough to keep fish on stringer. One of them had a shark grab ahold and tow them for a distance. No thank you!

Thankfully no problems like that. These peddle kayaks work well against big fish and in rough conditions. We definitely have sharks but it’s rare to see them.
I use 30lb 832 to 18lb Shooter for everything inshore. Could probably go lighter since it never breaks but no issues getting bit.
