sorry in advance for this silly question, but i did a search of the forum and didn't find an answer.
I set my time under the user control panel for ET. However, the time shows as current ET minus 7 hours. Not a big deal, but would like to fix it. I tried using another time and switching back to ET, but still shows current ET - 7.
How do I fix this?

adjusting time display?
Re: adjusting time display?
I'm also on the east coast of the US and time displayed is bizarre. Kind of annoying.

I'm on the West and it's the same thing. I can assure all I've never posted anything at 4:53am.

Re: adjusting time display?
Just joined the forum and noticed time was incorrectly showing. It looks like it's 7 hours and 24 minutes behind for me. I set everything correctly under my settings. Searched FAQs and found this:
So, here's my notice to any administrator. Thanks in advance!I changed the timezone and the time is still wrong!
If you are sure you have set the timezone and Summer Time/DST correctly and the time is still incorrect, then the time stored on the server clock is incorrect. Please notify an administrator to correct the problem.
