REQ: Account Retrieval for OG Tackletour Member?

I was wondering if there is anyway of resetting Chueyi_10 account password. He is a OG member and a respected one too. I would like to know if there is anyway the mods could send him an email to allow him to reset his forgotten password. He told me he has tried to contact support in the past but with no luck and response. I live in the same town as him and have talked to him personally about this issue. Please let me know if there is anything mods can do, i'd love to see him back in the forum and I hope to relay any information back to him.

There is no account for Chueyi_10 but there is one for Chueyi10 ... perhaps your friend forgot his user name. The Chueyi10 is still active but hasn't been used since April 2016.

He needs to send me an email either from the email address he used to set up the account, or (in case he no longer has access to that email) listing that email address in the message he sends.

I've also sent you a message via PM with this course of action.
